Job Description
Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution.
- Be knowledgeable of all Client marketing initiatives and effectively communicate promotions to customers.
- All other duties as assigned
- Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and client’s business;
- Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
Job Qualifications:
- Effective French oral & writing communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
- Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
- Competent in MS office and web browser environments
- Ability to continually display positive attitude.
