Job Description

We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position involves front-desk management and telecalling responsibilities, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
      • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
      • Maintain front desk operations and ensure a clean, organized reception area
      • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers as per company requirements
      • Maintain call records and update customer databases
      • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
      • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
    • 0–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or telecalling roles
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
    • Pleasant personality and positive attitude
    • Good multitasking and time management skills
