Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using design tools Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements Convert UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code Ensure consistency in design, branding, and usability across platforms Conduct basic user research and usability testing Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Continuously improve UI/UX based on user feedback and business needs
* Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue (preferred) Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Basic knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and usability standards Ability to translate design concepts into clean, efficient code
* Preferred Skills Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) Familiarity with Git/version control systems Basic knowledge of backend integration and APIs Understanding of SEO-friendly UI practices Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
