We would like to collaborate regarding our Learning Facilitator role. Unlike traditional academic positions, this role does not involve classroom teaching. Instead, it focuses on guiding and supporting learners throughout their academic journey in a flexible, mentor-driven environment.
The role involves facilitating learning, engaging with students, providing academic support, and ensuring successful program completion. It is ideal for candidates who are passionate about education but prefer a non-traditional, learner-centric approach rather than conventional lecturing.
