Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software, digital marketing, or advertising solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in software sales, digital marketing, or the advertising industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work independently.
Travel Requirement
- Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events.
- All approved travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company as per the company’s travel policy.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of corporate clients is an added advantage.
