Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of Learn Extra in the Pathanamthitta district.
The selected candidate will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions, colleges, campuses, and other relevant organizations to promote Learn Extra’s professional training programs.
The role involves interacting with principals, academic representatives, and other key decision-makers and creating opportunities for Learn Extra to reach students and institutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities with colleges, educational institutions, and campuses across Pathanamthitta district.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with principals, management representatives, and other institutional decision-makers.
- Visit educational institutions and present Learn Extra’s training programs and offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Leverage existing institutional networks and contacts to generate new opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential partners and clients.
- Follow up with institutions and ensure successful conversion of opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the Learn Extra brand appropriately.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
- Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Education
- BBA / MBA preferred.
- Candidates with any recognized degree may also be considered.
Experience
- 1-2 years experienced candidates
- Prior experience in business development, sales, education, or institutional relations will be an added advantage.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Malayalam communication skills.
- Intermediate-level English communication is sufficient.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with principals and senior institutional representatives.
- Professional attitude and workplace decorum.
- Good networking and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within Pathanamthitta district for institutional visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred candidate
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates from or familiar with Pathanamthitta district are preferred.
- 4 wheeler lisence is preferred
