Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
  2. Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
  3. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and supply requisitions.
  4. Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events, including minute-taking.
  5. Handle vendor management, including negotiations and purchase orders.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Accounts:

  1. Handle daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
  2. Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner.
  3. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  4. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  5. Support tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.) and liaise with external auditors when required.
  6. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  6. Familiarity with statutory compliance and regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
