Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and supply requisitions.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events, including minute-taking.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiations and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Accounts:
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.) and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
