About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Area Sales Manager, focusing on the School K-12 segment. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth through franchisee partnerships and direct sales of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategies to sign new franchisee partners in assigned territories
– Provide dedicated support to franchisee partners to ensure their success
– Drive business growth through the partner network
– Train, handhold, and work closely with channel partner teams to achieve business objectives
– Directly sign new schools for company training programs, both independently and through franchisee partners
– Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the K-12 and higher education industries
– Showcase strong leadership skills and a willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
Requirements:
– Graduate degree with 3-15 years of experience in business development, channel sales, and support in the education and training industry (K-12 segment preferred)
– Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages (added advantage)
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
