Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, packing coordination, payment follow-up, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.
- Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
- Verify purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Packing & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure products are packed and shipped according to company standards.
- Maintain packing and delivery records.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.
Payment Follow-up
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Prepare reports on outstanding payments and collections.
