Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, packing coordination, payment follow-up, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Billing & Documentation

  • Prepare and process invoices and billing documents.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and reports.
  • Verify purchase orders and delivery documentation.

Packing & Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate packing and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure products are packed and shipped according to company standards.
  • Maintain packing and delivery records.
  • Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.

Payment Follow-up

  • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
  • Maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Prepare reports on outstanding payments and collections.
