  • Bachelors Degree
  • Leadership skills: the candidate must have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role and be able to manage a team effectively.

  • Communication: the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible Schedule: the candidate must have a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the store or business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field: a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: the candidate should have experience in the retail industry or a similar role of a minimum of 1–4 years.
