Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will play a key role in achieving business targets, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the local market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, inventory, and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with vendors for product availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
