Responsibilities
● Identify and research potential clients and market segments
● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels
● Build and maintain strong client relationships
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
● Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
● Develop partnerships with academic institutions for promoting internship programs, academic projects, and industrial training.
● Coordinate with training and placement officers (TPOs) to organize campus drives, webinars, and career-oriented workshops.
● Promote and pitch academic offerings such as internship programs, academic collaborations, and faculty development initiatives.
● Execute targeted outreach campaigns through WhatsApp and email marketing to engage potential clients and academic partners.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
● Basic understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
● Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
● Proficiency in MS Office and online business tools
● Knowledge of the market is a plus
● Experience or familiarity with academic outreach, internship coordination, or institutional partnerships is a strong advantage.
● Ability to communicate value propositions effectively to both corporate stakeholders and academic audiences.
