We are looking out for a highly-adaptable Marketing Manager to join our corporate office in Trivandrum Kerala. This is a permanent position working directly for CONNECTING2WORK. The Marketing Manager will possess quality multitasking abilities, strong communication skills and business knowledge to aid the firm in advancing traditional b2b sales and cultivating talent via candidate recruitment marketing (b2c). Additionally, the ideal candidate must have the ability to deliver marketing information in a timely manner and have advanced working knowledge of business social media platforms such as Facebook’s business manager and others.


  • Design and manage social media footprint and expand traditional marketing campaigns targeting B2b and B2c audiences
  • Coordinate branch recruitment and sales events: develop themes, schedules, sales print collateral, and digital media
  • Oversee design choices and possible external vendor selection
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns to support sales and recruitment efforts
  • Manage content distribution to internal audiences
  • Research new marketing tools and programs to create efficiency and expand department capabilities
  • Ensures brand integrity of communications and marketing materials
  • Assist sales teams with client presentations

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (required)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms including paid marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with marketing and traffic platforms (ex. Google Analytics)
  • (Nice to have) Working proficiency with Adobe design suite or comparable tools
