Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant standards and recipes.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation are of the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and modify menus, ensuring seasonality and creativity.
  • Manage kitchen staff (if applicable) and oversee kitchen operations during shifts.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure efficient time management during meal preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a [insert specific chef role, e.g., Sous Chef, Executive Chef, etc.] in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
