Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a strong background in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, and automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operating and managing complex IT infrastructures with a focus on Linux system operations, cloud services, and containerization tools. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to multitask effectively, adept at handling Linux system operations, including automation, installation, upgrade, migration, administration and maintenance of servers.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with agile development teams in managing e-commerce server
infrastructure across AWS,, and on-premises environments.
● Manage infrastructure running on Kubernetes, including the maintenance of
infrastructure as code using Terraform and GIT.
● Manage deployment pipelines using Ansible and Jenkins, deploying
business-critical e-commerce applications to production.
● Ensure continuous monitoring of infrastructure and applications using tools like
Grafana, Prometheus, and Cloudwatch.
● Implement logging infrastructure and automate routine activities using Bash and
Python.
● Responsible for patching, upgrading infrastructure and applications, and
troubleshooting applications.
● Manage both Linux and Windows servers, including web servers, mail servers,
DNS, firewalls, and setting up CDN providers.
● Setup and manage virtual private servers and their management with hypervisors
● Implement monitoring solutions like Nagios and Zabbix.
Certifications Required:
● Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web
Services (AWS).
Technical Skills:
● Proficient in AWS, Docker, Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Linux.
● Hands-on experience in AWS provisioning and extensive knowledge of AWS
services (EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, IAM, Route 53, VPC, Auto-scaling, CloudWatch,
Security Groups).
● Experience in developing and deploying Dockerized infrastructure, including build,
load, tagging of images.
● Skilled in using Ansible for server management and automation, as well as Git for
version control.
● Extensive experience in implementing continuous integration, delivery, and
deployment with Jenkins.
● Proficient in creating and managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
● Experienced in installing and managing Debian-based Linux platforms with
strong troubleshooting skills.
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field, or equivalent work experience.
