Roles and Responsibilities; •
Prepare annual training plans for management and develop training programs. • Research and recommend new training methods Handle in-house training facilities and equipment Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities. • Requisites Good knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Proficiency in full training cycle. • Expertise with traditional and modern job training methods Well-known with the instructors, equipment and educational material requirements. • Experience in handling Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising in Educational Institutions, Career Counselling and admission conversion in the education Industry would be an added advantage. • Self-Motivator and career- oriented personnel. • Good at team work and understanding the team dynamics.
