  • Min experience of 3 years in customer service
  • Proven track record of handling difficult client situations over the years
  • Proven track record of streamlining and optimizing customer service workflows
  • Proven track record of guiding peers and juniors in customer service
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and oral) to handle international clientele
  • Experience implementing ERPs/School ERPs/Information Systems is a strong plus.
  • Learning mindset and strong problem-solving skills
