- Min experience of 3 years in customer service
- Proven track record of handling difficult client situations over the years
- Proven track record of streamlining and optimizing customer service workflows
- Proven track record of guiding peers and juniors in customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and oral) to handle international clientele
- Experience implementing ERPs/School ERPs/Information Systems is a strong plus.
