Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive (remote) for our shipping and logistics company based in Dubai. The role mainly encompasses supporting the Digital Marketing function on the execution of a digital strategy that grows leads and conversions, enhances customer experience, and builds brand awareness. The successful candidate will work closely with the team in Dubai to optimize acquisition channels, conversion paths, and website performance while creating and maintaining reports, analysis, and research.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist the CEO and Digital Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy and agree on action plans & initiatives
  • Research, develop and execute lead generation and client retention campaigns on Google AdWords, Display, and other digital platforms
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Webmaster tools, etc)
  • Interpret and analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Plan, launch, monitor and optimize online PPC ad campaigns through Google Adwords, Linkedin, etc. to increase awareness, engage key audiences, and generate traffic, and qualified leads
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Owns the process of on-site, off-site, link building, and content to propel SEO globally
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns

 

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing (B2B industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
  • Google and Digital Marketing certifications
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify & resolve problems
