1. Greeting all visitors to the clinic, assessing their needs and guiding them to wait while the respective department is informed.
2. Handling all patient communications both external and internal with queries from online platforms as well as phone calls. This will involve handling appointments, case sheets, coordinating medicine shipment, communications with patients to handle all aspects of their stay in the city during treatment period. Both external and internal communications will involve emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls.
3. Tracking appointments, rescheduling and maintaining consultation appointment register.
4. Tracking patient queries and responding within the specified timelines.
5. Maintain filing system and ensure that it is all up to date.
6. Updating various online forms and repor9ng to the management within the timelines.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all patient requirements are handled within the specified timelines.
8. Coordinating with external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
9. Assist management in events / activities that the company may ask employees to participate in as and when required.
10. Assisting Management in any activities to promote the clinic.
11. Daily administration support to the manager as and when required. In order to fulfil this position, the candidate needs the following
Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. Excellent communication skills – in English and Malayalam is mandatory, any other language proficiency is an advantage.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work with different groups of people.
5. Efficient time management skills and be an efficient multitasker.
6. Proficient in computer programs especially Microsoft\ Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
7. Be a good team member.
