  • Help desk Executives are responsible for handling customer calls friendly & promptly
  • Attending Service Calls.
  • Maintaining & updating Service Register.
  • Assigning calls to Engineers.
  • Follow-ups with engineers and customers.
  • Updating call managing software.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly call reports.
  • Installation follow-ups.
  • Warranty updates and follow-ups.
  • Coordination with stores.
  • Prepare OEF for service / per call business
  • Ensure all service / per call billls are generated and submitted to the customer on time.
  • Payment follow up and collection
  • PC Health-check and follow-ups for new AMC.
  • Maintaining and updated PM records, assigning engineers and follow-ups.
  • Help desk Executives are responsible for delivering friendly, prompt service. Often, their calls are monitored or recorded to ensure that customer service
  • All call must be registered and given a case id
  • Promptly escalate critical calls to SI / and coordinate to closure of the same on time.
  • Prepare attendance report.
  • Prepare quotation and submit to customers
  • Issuing Spare request to Store as per the requirement
