- Help desk Executives are responsible for handling customer calls friendly & promptly
- Attending Service Calls.
- Maintaining & updating Service Register.
- Assigning calls to Engineers.
- Follow-ups with engineers and customers.
- Updating call managing software.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly call reports.
- Installation follow-ups.
- Warranty updates and follow-ups.
- Coordination with stores.
- Prepare OEF for service / per call business
- Ensure all service / per call billls are generated and submitted to the customer on time.
- Payment follow up and collection
- PC Health-check and follow-ups for new AMC.
- Maintaining and updated PM records, assigning engineers and follow-ups.
- Help desk Executives are responsible for delivering friendly, prompt service. Often, their calls are monitored or recorded to ensure that customer service
- All call must be registered and given a case id
- Promptly escalate critical calls to SI / and coordinate to closure of the same on time.
- Prepare attendance report.
- Prepare quotation and submit to customers
- Issuing Spare request to Store as per the requirement
