Job Description

JD for HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and office administration activities. The candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining company policies and employee engagement.

HR Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Coordinate onboarding and induction process for new employees

• Maintain employee records and documentation

• Handle attendance tracking and leave management

• Support payroll processing and salary coordination

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters

• Maintain HR MIS reports and employee database

• Address employee queries and coordinate grievance handling

• Support performance evaluation process

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage office administration and daily operations

• Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination

• Monitor housekeeping and office maintenance

• Handle courier, documentation, and filing systems

•Support management in travel and meeting coordination

• Ensure proper maintenance of company assets and records

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Education: BBA / B. Com / MBA (HR preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years in HR & Admin field

• Freshers with good communication and HR knowledge can apply

• Basic knowledge of labour laws is an advantage

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email)
