Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Own and independently manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple profiles, including Data Entry Operators, Data Analysts, and Developers.
- Lead and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on first-hand, hands-on experience.
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding cycles across all levels, including exit management and full-and-final settlement.
- Conduct appraisal cycles and support performance review processes.
- Prepare routine reports and briefs that provide transparent insight into workplace and employee conditions — including monthly and quarterly retention reports, attendance reports, monthly employee check-in reports, and monthly employee activities & well-being reports.
- Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives to support retention.
- Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution in a dynamic, situation-based manner.
- Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook.
- Oversee payroll and attendance processes.
- Guide and mentor the Junior HR Executive.
Statutory & Compliance Requirements
The candidate must be well-versed in Indian labour codes and workplace mandates, with demonstrable experience in:
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI).
- Professional Tax and the Kerala Shops & Commercial Establishments Act.
- POSH Act compliance — including constituting and running the Internal Committee.
- General awareness of current labour codes and evolving workplace mandates.
