Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Network & System Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.
- Ensure seamless internet and POS system connectivity across outlets.
✅ IT Support & Maintenance:
- Provide technical support for POS systems, billing software, and CCTV surveillance.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware/software issues in outlets.
- Ensure timely system updates and backups.
✅ Security & Data Management:
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data and transactions.
- Manage user access, passwords, and IT policies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
✅ Vendor & Asset Management:
- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT assets and ensure proper functioning.
- Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for IT equipment.
