Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accounting and bookkeeping entries on ERP
- Preparation of Accounts Payable & Receivable reports
- Assisting in the finalization of accounts
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- GST / TDS return preparation and filing
- Communication with the Regional Office Accounts Department
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Other duties assigned to by the management
Qualifications and Skills:
- M.Com/ B.Com graduates can apply
- 1 to 2 years total work experience (preferably in Jewellery Industry)
- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities, great attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office and Tally ERP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
