We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Backend Engineer to join our team. The Lead Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions for our clients using Python and Angular. This individual will be a key member of our development team, leading the design and development of complex software systems and providing technical guidance to team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of complex software systems using Python. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality. • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision of projects. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver integrated solutions. • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and processes. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in Angular Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field • Min 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Microservices. • Good understanding in Angular. • Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture • Proficiency with Git and agile development methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience with database design and SQL • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React
