Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for digital and offline marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and promotional activities, if required.
