Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales:

  • Conduct sales visits to retailers, distributors, and potential clients to promote our range of lights and fans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Arrange and participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Office Supervision:

  • Supervise day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage a team of office staff and coordinate their tasks effectively.
  • Maintain sales records, inventory, and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in preparing sales invoices, quotations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both field and office operations effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for sales purposes.
