Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational and administrative activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle inventory, stock monitoring, and store management (if applicable)
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Support logistics and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in admin operations or store management
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ERP or inventory management systems
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
