Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Explain menu items, promotions, and offers to customers.
- Upsell products to maximize sales and revenue.
✅ Order Management & Billing:
- Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely service.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter.
✅ Inventory & Stock Handling:
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Ensure proper product display and replenishment.
- Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.
✅ Team Collaboration & Outlet Support:
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Assist in outlet promotions, offers, and special events.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if needed.
