Male/Females can be considered. 1-2 years minimum. 17-28k, yearly increment + yearly bonus. Any UG. Work timings: 9 AM – 5:30 PM.


Job Description

• Identify the students career goals, future – prospects and potential gaps in their background information.

• Advise/counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the United Kingdom / Canada / Australia/ the USA /Sweden/Netherland/NZ etc.

• Advise students on process and procedures related to academic, personal, professional and financial requirements in order to study Abroad.

• Support students for application form filling & documentation.

• SOP / LOR / Resume guidance to students.

• Provide information on desired courses based on needs & aspirations of students.

• Provide telephonic counselling to the leads from all sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.

• Use strong research skills to keep up to date with industry information relating to student visas, new courses and university updates, international education industry regulations etc.

• Assist students with visa requirements.

• Guide the students for financial procedures.

• Create and maintain accurate client information the company’s CRM system.

• Good communication and influencing skills.

• Comfortable doing workshops in schools & colleges whenever required.

• Create content and participate in marketing activities via social media to engage and build a prospective client base.

• Be active on LinkedIn for office purposes. 

• Sales attitude with utmost importance given on Visa conversion.

• Achieve the targets and support team members in achieving the Team target.

• Maintain exemplary rapport with clients and ensure all clients are delighted by organizational services.

• Strong coordination with Admission & Visa Department and continues follow up with those team on students admission/Visa status.

• Regularly update the CRM software and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit it to the Team Manager.

• Ensure client reviews are positive and maintain the high ratings in reviews.
