Supervision of doctoral candidates through their coursework and research
Communicating with the learners, assisting them in their learning journey and research
Mentoring learners, facilitating and motivating them in their research process.
Operating as the single point of contact for your learners on all academic matters
Collaborating with others teams to facilitate learner progression and providing support at all times.
Guiding learners through the assignments and ensuring timely submissions.
Evaluating the assessments for the doctoral course work
Organize, facilitate and deliver workshops for doctoral candidates and others
Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement.
Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counseling sessions.
Resource Development for learning resources as and when required
Serving on committees, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and handling other administrative duties.
Role Requirements:
A Ph.D. in Business Administration or Management, MBA preferred.
1-2 years of experience teaching in an academic setting.
Strong teaching and mentoring skills with a desire to help learners
Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
A sound understanding of and passion for the subject matter.
Willingness to go the extra mile to assist your learners in their learning
Ability to work with learners from across the globe belonging to different cultures
A highly motivated individual and an excellent team player.
A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.
Published articles and proven experience as an academic.
