Role Summary
Adirekha Ayurveda Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the establishment of our Ayurveda clinic and resort in Aruvikkara. This individual will manage the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency. Upon project completion, the Project Manager will transition into managing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Project Phase:

- Planning and Execution
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordination and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Liaise with government authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure construction and design standards meet Ayurvedic clinic and resort-specific requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.

- Operational Management
- Establish operational workflows for clinical services, hospitality, and administrative tasks.
- Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including Ayurvedic practitioners, therapists, hospitality staff, and support personnel.
- Customer Experience
- Develop strategies to deliver exceptional client experiences in both the clinic and resort.
- Oversee the implementation of Ayurvedic therapies, wellness programs, and hospitality services.
- Business Development
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the clinic and resort.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Operational Management
Qualifications
Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness practices is an added advantage.
Experience:

- Minimum of 7–10 years in project management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in operational management in healthcare or wellness settings is highly desirable.
