Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and skilled Public Relations Officer to oversee our organization’s image and communication efforts, particularly in the areas of academics and client-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trust with academic partners, clients, and the public, promoting our educational offerings, and supporting client-based project communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement public relations strategies that highlight academic services and client project success.
• Draft press releases, case studies, academic updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Serve as the communication bridge between academic teams, clients, and the media.
• Promote research, student activities, and project achievements through social and traditional media.
• Coordinate events such as academic seminars, client presentations, and project launches.
• Handle inquiries from the public, clients, and media professionally and promptly.
• Monitor media trends related to education and client services and report opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance PR strategies.
Requirements and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
• 3 -5 years of experience in PR, preferably in academic, training, or project-based environments.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English.
• Strong understanding of academic and client communication etiquette.
• Familiarity with media relations, online platforms, and content publishing tools.
• Proficiency in using PR software and media monitoring tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skils.
