Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled React JS Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in React JS and a strong foundation in modern front-end development. The candidate should also be familiar with AI-powered development tools and demonstrate a passion for learning emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using React JS.
- Build reusable UI components and implement scalable front-end architectures.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into high-quality, responsive interfaces.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, and testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React JS, JavaScript, AI-assisted development, and front-end technologies.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and technologies as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in React JS development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good understanding of React concepts such as Components, Hooks, State Management, Props, and Lifecycle methods.
- Experience with React Router and API integration.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding and practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools).
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with TypeScript is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite or Webpack.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
