Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop
recruitment plans accordingly.
● Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,
networking, and employee referrals.
● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
and fit.
● Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews
and gathering feedback from hiring managers.
● Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent
acquisition.
● Utilize recruitment metrics to track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment
strategies.
● Supervise and mentor junior members of the recruitment team.
Requirements:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
● Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record
of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates.
● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
● Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Experience managing a team of recruiters is preferred.
● HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
