1.Achieve business targets in the assigned district as per sales budget; improve market share;
promote awareness of company and its products; enhance visibility amongst the target
2.Manage Distributors / Dealers and other sales outlets in achieving (rather exceeding) their
agreed sales targets on monthly / quarterly / annual basis.
