Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Contact and engage with leads provided by the company Through digital media and referrals
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential clients using leads generated by the company.
  • Client Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and provide valuable insights.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is integrated into the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Min 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective cold calls and use digital platforms for outreach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
