Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Contact and engage with leads provided by the company Through digital media and referrals
- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential clients using leads generated by the company.
- Client Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and provide valuable insights.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is integrated into the product development process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Min 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in the software industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective cold calls and use digital platforms for outreach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
