We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and create awareness of our diagnostic center and services among doctors, clinics, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Diagnostic Services:
- Actively promote the diagnostic center’s services to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide detailed information about the tests, technologies, and facilities available at the center.
- Build Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to medical professionals to ensure the center remains top-of-mind.
- Conduct Presentations and Training:
- Deliver presentations on diagnostic services to medical professionals, answering queries and addressing concerns.
- Keep medical staff updated on new tests, techniques, and benefits offered by the center.
- Market Analysis and Planning:
- Identify potential markets and develop strategies to target doctors in specific locations or specialties.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends to improve service offerings.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
- Provide insights from doctors and clinics to management for service improvement.
- Achieve Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Ensure consistent growth in referrals and patient visits to the diagnostic center.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests and healthcare services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
