Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bakery sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with bakeries, confectionery shops, and food retailers.
- Promote and sell bakery products to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months -1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as required
