Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and acquire new customers for financial products such as gold loans, personal loans, business loans, fixed deposits, insurance, and other financial services.

2. Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.

3. Conduct field visits to generate leads and build relationships with customers, business owners, and referral partners.

4. Explain the features, benefits, and terms of the company’s financial products to customers.

5. Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting the required documents.

6. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

7. Ensure timely loan disbursement by coordinating with the operations team.

8. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

2. Sales and marketing abilities.

3. Customer relationship management.

4. Target-oriented and self-motivated.

5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM/software).

6. Willingness to travel for field sales.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

*  1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the NBFC,  banking, insurance, or finance sector.

*  Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
