Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive – Tours to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and tourism, with a strong ability to sell domestic and international tour packages. This role will involve generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to individual clients, groups, and corporate customers.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing detailed information about tour options, prices, and services.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client needs and offering suitable tour packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customize tour itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and travel requirements, collaborating with the operations team to deliver.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively seeking new clients and promoting available tour packages.
- Stay updated on current travel trends, destination knowledge, visa regulations, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns, offering ideas to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and share insights with the management team.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international tour destinations, packages, and travel products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and close deals.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A degree or diploma in travel, tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
