Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 year experience in B2B sales within the services industry, with a proven track record of generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, preparing quotes, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.

Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and revenue potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on sales activities.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed.
