We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Marketing:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
