Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the F&B business.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory costs, margins, and financial controls.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for audits.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and expense tracking.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Familiarity with F&B industry financial operations, including inventory management and cost control.
