Job Description: Senior HR Analyst
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior HR Analyst to join us at Connecting2Work HR Solutions, an HR consultancy firm. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of experience, expertise, and skills to effectively contribute to our team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in the HR domain, with a focus on HR management and consulting. International exposure is considered advantageous.
- Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- HR Skills: Proficiency in various HR functions including compensation management, compliance, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
- Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of HR software tools for efficient HR operations and data management (ex. ATS, CRM, Excel, ect.)
- Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel to client locations, including Cochin, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR consultation and management services to clients.
- Oversee compensation strategies, compliance procedures, and employee relations initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes and performance management systems effectively.
- Utilize HR software tools for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in all HR practices.
- Represent the consultancy firm professionally in client interactions and business meetings.
