Responsibilities
- Oversee construction planning and execution efforts.
- Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.
- Ensures all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery and customer escalations/queries
- Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
- Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.
- Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time
- Ensure all projects are handed over with highest quality as stipulated in SOP
- Ensures all work project management related SOPs are strictly adhered to
- Ensures all project management resources are well trained to handle their respective responsibilities.
