Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, both new and existing, to promote and sell hardware and software solutions.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Possess a deep understanding of the company’s hardware and software products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Effectively communicate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to set sales targets and priorities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of 5 years in hardware and software sales, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software products, including the ability to explain technical features and benefits to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
