Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with 7 years of experience to join our team. The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, including managing personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including but not limited to construction, installation, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

• Manage and motivate on-site personnel, including construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process, addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.

• Track project progress, maintain accurate records, and report on key metrics to project management and clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement efficient work schedules and resource allocation plans.

• Provide regular updates and communication to project stakeholders, including clients, regarding project status, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role, with a minimum of 7 years in construction management.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate on-site personnel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
