Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop performance tests scripts
- Integrate performance testing framework into CI/CD pipeline.
- Execute performance, stress and load test
- Analyze performance results and identify performance bottlenecks and reliability concerns.
- Perform root cause analysis of performance issues in the product using monitoring tools.
- Provide recommendation for Database configuration and performance tuning for Oracle and SQL Server.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience related to performance engineering and automation test development.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Groovy, PowerShell etc.
- Fluent English communication & outstanding collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership of complex projects.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience working in Windows OS and Oracle/MS SQL Server database environments.
- Knowledge & experience about system architecture layers/technology stack.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software performance issues.
- Experience using performance monitoring tools such as DynaTrace and Windows Performance Tools or similar tools.
- Minimum of B.S Computer Science or equivalent.
