Academic Support: Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and organizational techniques. Help them set academic goals, choose appropriate courses, and explore career options. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify and address academic challenges.
Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention in cases of emergencies, traumatic events, or crisis situations affecting students. Offer counseling services and referrals to external resources when necessary. Collaborate with the school administration and other professionals to develop crisis response plans and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Career Guidance: Help students explore their interests, aptitudes, and career goals. Provide information about various career paths, educational requirements, and job prospects.
